My order hasn’t arrived yet?

While the vast majority of items do arrive on time, there are occasional courrier delays, especially during the peak  time of the year. However, we guarantee that we will deliver in Colombo within two days and out of Colombo within 4-5 days, in the event that you had not received your order within two days or the stipulated time then it is likely that the courier couldn’t reach you as you were not available at the given address.

If you haven’t received your order within two days, then please contact us on XXXXXX and we will be happy to assist you track and locate the order.

What if my watch stops working?

If you suspect your item is faulty please bring it to us at your earliest convenience. You can bring them down to any one of our stores.

If its a manufacturing fault then we will be more than happy to fix it free of charge. However if it’s not a manufacturing fault then we would inform you of the cost of repair and once you confirm that it is ok, then we will proceed with the repairs.

If I am not happy with the watch can I return it?

Unfortunately, since watches are high ticket items we do no accepts returns or offer any refunds. If the watch is faulty when you receive it or if there is a manufacturing error then we will fix it free of charge or give you a replacement. If there are no stock left for a replacement then we would inform you and you would be able to select another suitable watch for that price.

Are these watches genuine?

We only sell genuine watches which have been purchased through the original company or the agents. We are the sole agent for a number of brands as well.  You also receive full technical support from the manufacturer, as well as their fully authorised International warranty.

Are batteries included in the watches?

Yes, brand new batteries are included in all watches. These are fitted at the factory by the manufacturer – your watch is ready to wear as soon as you receive it.

Do you sell secondhand watches?

No. We only sell 100% brand new goods.

Do you sell fake/replica watches?

No. All of our watches are 100% genuine products, supplied to us directly from the manufacturer.

Do your watches come in boxes?

Yes, all of our watches come in the official box from the correct manufacturer, exactly as you would get if you were to purchase them in a high street retailer. An example picture of product packaging is listed on each product details page.

We do not sell loose, unboxed watches.

Do your watches come with guarantees?

Yes, all of our watches come with the full international manufacturer’s guarantee with our official distributorÂ’s stamp. You can purchase from us assured with the knowledge that your watch is fully guaranteed for the full period against workmanship faults.

Are you an official supplier of these watches?

Yes. We are an official supplier for all of our watch brands. We do not obtain watches from the ‘grey market’ like some other internet websites. You should beware of buying from companies who are not official suppliers as they are unable to deal with the manufacturer directly and offer you the support you may need in the event of a problem, or obtain replacement parts.  There has been an explosion of internet watch websites over the past few years, and it can be difficult to determine which are official and which aren’t. With Watch Shop, you are assured that we are approved dealers of every brand listed on this website.

Are these watches actually in stock?

We stock all of our watches listed on this website – and we currently hold over 100,000 watches in stock. So, unlike some of our competitors, we ship our watches directly from our stock so you can be assured of speedy delivery. We hold our stock in a high security warehouse, and our stock turnover is rapid – so you won’t receive an old watch with a half-dead battery, or one that has been sitting on a jeweller’s shelves for years. We dispatches nearly 100% of orders on time.

However, in the unlikely event that we are out of stock and more some glitch in the system we sell you a watch you have option of opting for a different watch or we could get down the watch you requested provided in about 3-6 weeks.

How do you send the items?

Items are shipped by courier and you also have the option in the checkout to use a ONE DAY courier if you prefer. Two day delivery is available on all orders in Colombo. This method of delivery is fully insured.

Do you ship to PO BOX addresses?

Unfortunately as these are valuable items we do not ship to PO Box addresses.

Do you ship to international locations?

This is possible, however foreign delivery charges will come into play. So please do contact us through the support email info@wimaladharmaandsons.lk or phone number +94 77 63 50 763 and we will be able to help you with this.

Can I pay by cheque?

We no longer accept cheques as payment.

How much is delivery?

Two Day Delivery is free of charge for all orders within Colombo Sri Lanka and 4-7 days free delivery outstation. Delivery to international locations is calculated based on courier Charges

What kind of packaging do you use to protect my watch in transit?

For maximum protection, we use our own custom-cut cardboard boxes which snugly fit the boxes of all watch brands which we sell, filled with air bags or polystyrene.

Can you deliver to work addresses?

Yes. You can choose to have your purchases delivered to an alternate work or residential addresses without a problem. Simply specify your chosen delivery address in the checkout.

Do you have an email address?

What if my watch stop working?

In the event of your watch having a problem, as an official dealer we can provide you with the full support that you require. As well as this, you also receive direct support from the manufacturer of the watch themselves, who usually offer a technical support helpline and guarantee center.

We provide you with full support after your purchase.
